We want you to be happy with what you buy. This policy explains how refunds work for purchases of Design by Miz apps and services.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, who handles payments, billing, sales tax/VAT, and billing support on our behalf. Refunds are issued through them.
Eligibility
- Requests made within 14 days of purchase are generally eligible for a full refund.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse.
This policy adds to your statutory rights — it never limits them. Nothing here affects rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law, including under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.
How to request a refund
Email hello@designbymiz.com with your order number, or reply to your purchase receipt from our Merchant of Record. We aim to respond within one business day.
